Renovation project of a one-story building spanning over 16,126 SF. The scope includes remodeling/enlarging the breakroom, constructing a new server room, new conference rooms and installing new in-ground car lifts for their lab to outfit their autonomous driving division. Exterior work includes a retrofit of the existing storefront to add 2 new exits, new EV charging stations, and a secure fenced area with automatic sliding gates at the rear of the building. New rooftop mechanical units were also installed.
