This project at the Stanford Graduate School of Business's Schwab Center required the complete demolition and reconstruction of the “world-renowned” dining center for Chef Raul Lacara. The fast-track construction project took place over the winter holiday season and included a new kitchen layout with all new utilities and new and renewed kitchen equipment. Hillhouse also added a new 600 SF storage building, an extended private dining courtyard. Other upgrades included new walk-in coolers/freezers, new liquor storage, and an employee locker room. The structural building upgrades required the installation of rooftop equipment and interior renovations.
