HILLHOUSE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, San Jose

This project included 9,000 SF of corporate office interiors, for which Hillhouse Construction served as LEED project administrator. Existing interior improvements were demolished to shell condition, and all-new high-efficiency HVAC and electrical systems were installed. Hillhouse added new skylights and active daylighting controls in open areas and made extensive use of interior glazing and low horizon work stations. The project used 20% recycled content for building materials and achieved 90% landfill waste diversion. Hillhouse also completed upgraded architectural finishes in executive areas.
