DAHLIN GROUP, San Ramon

The 26,500 SF Dahlin Architect Group headquarters is a LEED Certified workspace. Hillhouse completed the two-story retrofit with all new exterior glazing and sunshades. The retrofit included the conversion of covered parking into office space. The project also highlights a new two-story entry addition with exposed structural steel and floor-to-ceiling glazing. Hillhouse also installed a new interior stairwell and light shaft, and new HVAC and electrical systems and controls. Extensive millwork and high-end finishes were used throughout the project.
