Hillhouse handled the exterior re-facing of an existing six-story mid-rise building and the renovation of an existing 275 stall parking garage. The project required detailed construction flow forecasts and safety precautions to restore an occupied building in a downtown business district. Hillhouse also added extensive waterproofing and Dryvit wall systems.
