The Silicon Valley Business Journal’s “Structures Awards” has yet again honored a Hillhouse Construction project with a prestigious award: “Best Green Project of 2015” for its recently completed Zero Net Energy/Zero Carbon Emissions speculative office building, built for, and inspired by Kevin Bates’ Sharp Development. Beyond its ZNE characteristics, the 33,000 sq. ft. project at 415 N. Mathilda in Sunnyvale was meticulously designed and built collaboratively around several profound sustainable strategies thus placing it on an exclusive, elite platform of sustainable, green building.
