This project at the Stanford Graduate School of Business's Schwab Center required the complete demolition and reconstruction of the “world renowned” dining center for Chef Raul Lacara. The fast track construction project took place over the winter holiday season, and included a new kitchen layout with all new utilities and new and renewed kitchen equipment. Hillhouse also added a new 600 s.f. storage building, an extended private dining courtyard. Other upgrades included new walk-in coolers/freezers, new liquor storage and employee locker room. The structural building upgrades required the installation of rooftop equipment and interior renovations.
