Hillhouse Accelerates Construction

Hillhouse customers decrease their construction loan interest carry and realize revenues from rental income quicker as a result of our aggressive construction schedules. Our schedule management techniques start by completing a detailed review of all material lead times and offer alternates if required to meet critical completion dates. The schedule is reviewed for the possibility of adverse weather conditions and contingency plans are prepared to minimize weather related time delays. All long lead items are pre-ordered and production is regularly reviewed and planned for maximum production and quality control. The customers vendors are involved in the weekly meeting and their tasks are carefully planned within the flow of construction. City inspections are pre-planned and city issues are discussed and resolved in advance to eliminate potential delays. Pre-punchlist activities are planned which enhance the project quality at a time when trades are accelerating to meet critical completion dates. Hillhouse monitors the schedule constantly and provides the project team with weekly updates.
