Completion Dates Become Reality

Hillhouse may be the best contractor in the industry today for on time project completion and accelerated schedules. We start by completing a detailed review of all material lead times and offer alternates if required to meet the completion schedule. All long lead items are pre-ordered and production is regularly reviewed and inspected at the manufacturer if necessary. Crew sizing and sequencing is reviewed and planned for maximum production and quality control. The customer's vendors are involved in the weekly meeting and their tasks are carefully planned within the flow of construction. City inspections are pre-planned and city issues are discussed and resolved in advance to eliminate potential delays. Pre-punchlist activities are planned which enhance the project quality at a time when trades are typically accelerating to meet critical completion dates. Hillhouse monitors the schedule constantly and provides the project team with weekly updates.
