Toyota Motor Sales, USA Inc. San Ramon and TOYOTA NUMMI, Fremont
11,500 s.f. building expansion of an existing corporate office and training facility and 45,000 s.f. two story steel and concrete production facility and 3,000 s.f. automatic car wash building. All projects required detailed work flow planning to eliminate disruption to on-going operations. Site construction included new on-grade parking area complete with storm drainage, secondary containment, site lighting and landscaping. Building construction included concrete, structural steel, CMU and structural wood framing. Exteriors consisted of an architectural hard trowel plaster walls finishes with glass curtain wall insets, decorative steel canopies and architectural sheetmetal. The production facility included sloped concrete flooring, highly technical electrical, mechanical, process piping and sophisticated controls for production systems.

California Cardiovascular Consultants, Femont
14,000 s.f. Cardiology Medical Clinic. New three story construction over concrete podium. Ground-up construction includes all site improvements, concrete podium with heavy structure steel and masonry. Exterior finishes include lath& plaster and extensive use of ceramic tile and steel eyebrow awnings. Interiors include high end finishes and common core areas with elevators, floating metal ceilings and stainless steel railings. Medical suites include custom drywall ceilings and wall treatments, custom lighting and millwork and specialized exam and treatment rooms.

Rossmoor Creekside, Walnut Creek
The Creekside complex consists of three buildings; The main social building, cafe and pro shop. A building for local cable television and golf cart storage and the third building for equipment maintenance and public safety. The Pro Shop is designed to maximize views onto the different areas of the golf course and to provide easy access to the shop for the golfers. The Café and Social Building is the “hub” of the Creekside Complex and home for the Creekside Café. The multi-purpose rooms serve as gathering spaces for the different clubs within Rossmoor with views of the golf course and lake. The outdoor deck area allows the clubs to enjoy the mild Northern California climate year round.

70,000 s.f. high profile corporate office tenant improvement and ASOC mission control room with raised floor. Fast track project completed in six weeks.

Evovle Software, Emeryville
Recipient of 2000 American Institute of Architects San Francisco Merit Design Award.
57,000 s.f. high profile corporate office interior, with artistic three story steel tower and bridge. Dramatic customer lobby with rolled wood floor and wall treatment with architectural metal ceilings and accent lighting.

Bally’s Health Club, The Pavilion, San Jose
24,000 s.f. High end fitness club within an existing shell building. Construction included corporate offices, juice bar and retail with seating area. Free weight, machine and aerobic areas. Extensive locker rooms with shower and steam room functions. Open ceilings highlighting exposed mechanical systems. Specialized flooring and ceramic tile systems. Audio visual throughout.
